At Precision Timber, we relish challenges, and the opportunity to collaborate with Athelstan Primary School was met with enthusiasm. Our goal was clear: to design and build an outdoor amphitheatre that seamlessly blended with the natural landscape of the school grounds.
Our dedicated team pooled their expertise to craft a design that not only accommodated the slope but also exuded elegance and functionality. Utilising innovative techniques, such as strategically placed Perspex roof lights, we ensured ample natural light flooded the space, creating an inviting atmosphere for both learning and performances.
Functionality was just the beginning; we aimed for comfort and style in equal measure. Timber seating, adorned with plush artificial grass, offered a touch of luxury to spectators. Meanwhile, the meticulously crafted stage took centre stage, designed to captivate audiences with its elegance and versatility.
The culmination of our efforts was met with sheer delight as the children of Athelstan Primary School beheld their transformed outdoor space. Their beaming faces were a testament to the success of the project and made every moment of hard work worthwhile.
