Overview
Our first ever project was working with Athelstan Primary School. They had a dream of taking their performances into the great outdoors, but they faced a significant hurdle: a steep, challenging hillside that other playground manufacturers deemed “impossible” to build upon. Refusing to let the terrain dictate the limit of their students’ creativity, they reached out to us. We saw the slope not as an obstacle, but as the perfect natural foundation for a bespoke, multi-level amphitheatre that would turn the school’s hill into a premier destination for drama and discovery. The result is a breathtaking addition to the landscape that makes the hill look intentional and grand. What was once an “unusable” slope is now a thriving hub for public speaking, music, and community gatherings, proving that the right design can transform any challenge into a masterpiece.
The story of Athelstan Primary is a story of saying “yes” when others say “no.” We believe that every school hill has a story to tell and every challenging corner holds a stage waiting to be built.
