Thorpe Forest offers a unique blend of woodland and riverside cabins. Forest Holidays required a play area that didn’t feel like an “insertion” into the woods, but rather an organic growth from the forest floor. We designed a high-energy adventure circuit using the naturally twisting forms of robinia timber, providing a rugged, durable, and visually stunning escape for holidaying families. It provides a “graduated challenge” – lower sections for toddlers and high-access points for older children, making it the most inclusive and high-traffic piece of equipment on the site.
