Forest Holidays’ Blackwood Forest site is a premium destination that demands high-quality, nature-integrated facilities. Following a previous successful partnership with Forest Holidays, we were commissioned to transform a central woodland area at their Blackwood Forest site into a multi-activity hub. The goal was to provide a challenging, high-play-value environment that maintained the tranquil aesthetic of the Hampshire beech forest. Using organic robinia hardwood and structural redwood timber, that’s exactly what we delivered.
In high-traffic tourism settings, equipment must endure heavy use without losing its aesthetic appeal. By using Robinia timber – one of Europe’s hardest and most rot-resistant woods – we provide a “fit-and-forget” solution that withstands the elements and the rigours of holiday play.
